A JDNextGen product

Your field force moves fast. Your workflows should too.

PharmaCrew connects tour plans, call reports, samples, expenses and approvals for pharma field teams, on web and mobile.

13workspace modules in one system
8role templates per company, fully cloneable
5approval steps per flow, with SLAs
3surfaces: web, Android and iOS
Paper forms flying into a ring and coming out as connected tour plans, DCR, expenses and approvals

From scattered paperwork to one connected day.

Pharma field teams lose hours to forms, follow-ups and chasing signatures. We built PharmaCrew so the work gets recorded where it happens.

Visit notes typed up late at nightCall reports logged between visits
Receipts stuffed in envelopesClaims photographed and policy-checked
Approvals lost in inboxesOne queue with SLAs and escalation
Reports rebuilt in spreadsheetsEleven reports, defined once

One field day, five steps, zero re-typing.

The month is planned before it starts.

Reps build monthly tour plans with joint work. Managers approve, or return them with a reason.

  • Submit, approve, return
  • Change requests mid-month
  • Joint work with managers
PharmaCrew plan screen

Thirteen modules. One workspace.

Everything a pharma company runs between head office and the doctor’s chamber, built as one system instead of thirteen tools.

Daily call reports

Drafts that autosave, submit, correct and resubmit, with a status history and a snapshot at every step. Nothing silently disappears.

Tour plans

Monthly plans, approvals, change requests and joint work.

Samples

An append-only ledger: allocate, issue, transfer, return, reconcile.

Expenses

Rate cards, receipts, policy flags and payment batches.

Accounts & CRM

Doctors, chemists, stockists and institutions, with duplicate detection.

Organisation

Divisions, geographies, teams and a dated reporting tree.

Employees

Directory, CSV import, transfers with handover, exits.

Attendance & leave

Check-in, regularisation, leave types, balances and calendar.

Reports

Eleven reports with KPI definitions and scoped exports.

Onboarding

A nine-step checklist from invitation to an active team.

Products & content

Catalogue, versions and promotional or training content.

Tasks & announcements

Assignments, due dates and acknowledgements.

Billing portal

A read-only view of the company's own terms and invoices.

Built for everyone from the rep to the boardroom.

Eight role templates per company, each a set of permissions plus a data scope. Clone them and shape them to how your organisation actually works.

  • A Today screen with the plan, visits and follow-ups
  • Quick visit entry, with drafts kept on the phone until they sync
  • Expense claims with receipts photographed on the spot
  • Leave requests and attendance check-in from the same app

What they can see

  1. Selftheir scope
  2. Team
  3. Region
  4. Division
  5. Tenant

Scopes are enforced by the API, not hidden in the interface.

AI assistant

An assistant that asks before it acts.

Type or speak in English or Hindi. The assistant runs through the same permission checks as the rest of PharmaCrew, so it can never do more than you can.

Reads

Today's plan, account search, call report status, pending approvals, attendance, expenses and reports.

Answers only from records you are already allowed to see.

Drafts

Logs a visit and prepares expense or leave drafts from a sentence like “met Dr. Mehta, follow up Tuesday”.

Drafts wait for you. Nothing is submitted on your behalf.

Actions

Submits a call report, decides an approval or changes a content status.

Needs your confirmation, which expires in 15 minutes and fails if the record changed.

Voice transcripts land in an editable box. Nothing is sent until you review it.

Negated statements like “didn't meet” save nothing at all.

A repeated message never repeats the action.

Misheard names get a “Did you mean…?” step instead of a guess.

Built like regulated software, because pharma is.

Every company is sealed off.

Each record belongs to one company, taken from the signed-in user and never from the request. Another company's ID simply returns not found.

Every decision has a name, a time and a reason.

Consequential changes store who, when, why and a before-and-after diff. Sending work back always requires a reason.

No surveillance.

Location is off by default and captured only at check-in, check-out and call submission. No continuous tracking, ever.

Sign-in that assumes the worst.

Fifteen-minute access tokens, rotating refresh tokens, lockout after five failed attempts and TOTP two-step sign-in.

Private files, logged reads.

Receipts and HR documents are served only after tenant and permission checks. Exports and downloads are logged too.

No borrowed credentials.

The build fails on unverified compliance claims. We say what PharmaCrew does, and never claim a certification it doesn't hold.

In every rep’s pocket, on Android and iOS.

One native app talks to the same API as the web workspace, with no web views. Unsynced call reports stay safely on the phone and retry when the signal comes back.
